The e-Tshwane service simplifies and escalates reconnections for customers who have had their service terminated for non payment. Ratepayers must pay via the e-Tshwane service, Standard Bank MyBills or Nedbank myeBills, and click on "Payment for Reconnection" associated to the relevant account under the "Account" section of the service.
Note that:
- This e-Tshwane service is only available for payments made using an e-Tshwane payment method, MyBills.
- Payment must be made in full.
- All associated accounts must be up to date.
- Ratepayers unable to make full payment will need to make payment arrangements at a Customer Contact Center.
- Ratepayers making payment via any other method must contact the City for reconnection assistance.
